On the Road: D.C. Big Flea

The D.C. Big Flea never disappoints. Filled with treasures, with collections, with personality, history and character, it is as much a place to gain inspiration as a place to shop. And inspiration was our goal. We focused our attention on home goods and snapped some photos along the way. Come along with us!

A jumble of vintage sign letters. Great for so many projects.

A vintage ice cream parlor chair. Obsessed with the whimsical mix of artfully bent black iron and wood.

Rosenthal Fantasia bowl by Bjorn Wiinblad. With its stunning detail, this piece was difficult to pass up.

An assortment of crates, both metal and wood. Useful in every room of the house.

Oh, have we mentioned our obsession with ice cream parlor chairs? This one is of the heart variety. (Swoon)

Library table and chairs. Charming + blocky.

A too-good-to-be-true collection of vintage linen. Imagine the possibilities.

So much inspiration. All in one place. Check out the Big Flea site for info on upcoming shows. Maybe we'll see you there next time!
